Submissions that are not uploaded to http://venturafilmfestival.net AND submitted via Withoutabox will not be considered.
Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize any film and/or video submitted for promotional purposes and on our web sites and on the web sites of our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates.
Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to add the information including Withoutabox data to our marketing data to be shared with our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates for use in film, tv, radio, online/internet, web sites, and print, without limit.
Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to rebroadcast or digitally stream or provide for download any film and/or video submitted, without limit.
Ventura Film Festival and Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates are are hereby granted the right to contact the individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the film and/or video via email, sms, text message, instant message, telephone, in person, via post, or via any other method of communication, without limit.
The individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the film and/or video hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Ventura Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney.s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates include, but are not limited to, Ventura IT, HostBandit, Vidflow, Movie Mule, and Facejunky. The list of Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates is subject to change frequently without notice.
